I can't remember my password. What should I do?

If you can't remember your password (or entered it incorrectly), you can reset it on the Vidado login page.

I signed up for trial but cannot log in. What should I do?

If you have confirmed your account through the account verification email and continue to If you did not receive your account verification email, please first check that the email did not go to your spam folder. Can my trial account be converted/extended?

Yes. When your trial account expires, and you are ready to activate your production-level account, you have the option to use your trial account as your production account. All templates created and all progress will be saved. You also have the option to create an entire new account before going into production.


How do I add users to my account?

If a Vidado team member has enabled the organization feature for your account, members can be added as an admin or a collaborator. This article displays exactly how to add a user to your Vidado account as a collaborator to your organization. How many members of my organization can be added to my Vidado account?

As many as you need! Please refer to our article on Organization Account Permissions to determine how to assign roles in your organization. 


How do I get email notifications of Vidado news and release notes?

You can get email notifications of news and release notes whenever Vidado publishes them.  

If you have not already done so, sign up for your free Vidado Developer Support account at support.vidado.ai

Log into your Vidado Developer Support account and go to the Forums tab.  You will see the category called Release Notes:

 

Click on Release Notes and you will see a Follow button on the right hand side.  Click on it.

 

Congratulations! You are now following the Release Notes category and you will receive an email notification everytime we publish a new one. 

You can follow as many categories as you like.  We recommend you also follow the What's New at Vidado category.
